Green Sea Turtles are mainly herbivores, often feeding on seagrasses and migrating long distances between feeding grounds. They can be found in tropical and subtropical seas worldwide though they are currently an Endangered Species. The main risks to their survival are loss of nesting beaches, entanglement in fishing nets and pollution.
