Jaguar peeping out from the undergrowth
Jaguar peeping out from the undergrowth
Jaguar behaving in typical fashion, elusive and solitary, peeping out through the lower branches of a tree. Jaguars are normally active during dawn and dusk preferring areas of dense rainforest where they can find thick cover to best stalk their prey. If they do roam and hunt during the day, they will generally stay within the dappled shade of the forest floor remaining elusive as they search for prey.
