Sleek Unicornfish diving over branching Acropora corals. Despite their name, neither gender of Sleek Unicornfish have horns. They have a varied depth range but are normally found in deeper waters, feeding during the day and resting at night.

Distribution: Indo-Pacific: Red Sea and East Africa, the Mascarene Islands to the Hawaiian, Marquesan and Ducie islands, northwards to southern Japan and southwards to Lord Howe Island. Eastern Pacific: Clipperton Island and Cocos Island.
